How to book us, some frequently asked questions and a few helpful tips if you are looking to book a live band.
The easiest way to check our avaiablity and get a quote from us is to use the form at the top of every page. We will respond to these as quickly as we can - usually within 2 days. Alternatively, you can call or email us using the details on our contact page.
Every occasion is unique, and we tailor our performance to suit the type of event, the venue, the location and, most importantly, your requirements. But as a starting point we offer a wedding, corporate and party package:
Wedding Package
Your choice of first dance, played through our PA or performed acoustically + two full sets of live music* + all sound equipment + full lighting for band and dance floor + music before, between and after the performance (your iPod playlist for the event through our PA, or we can provide playlists) + discreet early evening set-up and pack-down.

We are based in Loughborough in the East Midlands and are happy to travel to anywhere in the UK. Extended travel costs will be included within a specific quotation for your event.
Our minimum space requirement is 16ft wide x 14ft deep, with clear entry for setting up, accessing the space to perform, and packing down.
We require at least 4 sockets to power our equipment. Mains power is always superior to generator.
Yes, of course – we will send you our complete repertoire prior to the event so you can select your favourites.
We are happy to learn songs that are not in our set in order to make your event even more special. We normally require four weeks’ notice to prepare.
No Stairway to Heaven though please...
We usually require 90 minutes. This includes a sound check, which is essential to ensure the best volume and sound quality for your venue. We are versatile and realise that every event has a different schedule, and will work with you to ensure we have ample time to set up without imposing on your event.
Any live musicians are only as good as the instruments they use and, crucially, the PA system they perform through. We pride ourselves on having top quality, well maintained, great sounding equipment to provide you with the best possible sound.

For events where a house PA or external hire company is being used, our base requirements are as follows:
- Adequate front of house system to suit venue
- Minimum of 12 Channels in a desk - 3 Vocals (1 wireless, 1 wired, 1 spare), Guitar, Bass, Drums
- Minimum of 4 monitors
- Mixing desk must be capable of sending separate monitor mixes for each band member
- 3 high end vocal mics (1 as a spare, one wireless - wireless can be provided if necessary)
- Access to power points on stage for pedal boards
We have public liability insurance and, in addition, all our electrical equipment is PAT tested.

Top Tips
It is important to take care in your planning and, as it is your event, you'll have an idea of the way it will run. We appreciate this and will do whatever we can to accommodate your requests and blend seamlessly into the occasion.
However, we do have broad experience across a wide range of events. We are happy to share this with you and help in any way possible to ensure the event runs smoothly and that the entertainment provided adds the final touch to a memorable occasion.
Schedule
Some timings are important. For example, you need to know when the musicians are going to arrive and we will need to know what time you would like us to play.
There is no need to worry about strict schedules, however. A guide start time is great, but we realise things can happen and timings may change, and so have a flexible work ethic and can tailor our performance to suit.
The Set
Most people (bridal couples, party planners, event organisers) have different tastes in music and wish to have an input on the set the band plays.
As an experienced act, we can guide you on what does and does not work at events of different natures and audiences. We will liase with you prior to your event to ensure we have the perfect set to suit your party, and can adapt on the night to ensure the performance delivers to its maximum potential.
